2. VAT 5% 退税（政策解读）

阿联酋标准 VAT 5%，是主要目的地里税率最低的之一。游客退税由 Tax Free Dubai / Planet 运营。

环节要点
开单门槛同一店 单张小票 ≥250 迪拉姆 开退税单；不同店、不同日不合并。
谁可退离境旅客的有形商品；酒店、餐饮、服务不在退税范围。

阿布扎比 Abu Dhabi

  • Apr–May / Sep–Oct: Heating up (35°C+); malls and parks still comfortable, slightly lower prices.
  • Jun–Aug: Extreme heat (45°C+); minimize outdoor plans, rely on indoor attractions and nightlife.

5. 避坑

  • 物价高：餐饮、打车、景点门票都贵，提前做预算；购物在 Mall 与黄金市场多比价。
  • 周五作息：主麻日（周五）部分景点/政府设施中午前后作息不同，清真寺注意礼拜时间，出行前查开放。
  • 着装：清真寺需遮肩过膝，女性备头巾（多数清真寺免费提供）；公共场合得体着装。
