1. 入境与免签（政策解读）

普通中国护照赴泰自 2024 年起享受 30 天免签（每 180 天内累计停留不超过 90 天），旅游、探亲、短期商务都覆盖，无需提前办签证。

  • 入境材料：通常查验往返机票、住宿订单；建议随身带一份英文行程单。海关可能问停留目的，按真实旅游回答即可。
  • 陆路也适用：从马来西亚陆路入境同样免签；但注意——退税只在航空出境时办理（见下一节）。
  • 延期：免签入境可在泰移民局申请延期一次（约 30 天），需缴费并按当时政策办理，别把免签当长期停留。

  • Entry docs: A return ticket and hotel booking are normally checked; carry a printed English itinerary. Officers may ask your purpose — answer truthfully as a tourist.
  • Land border: Overland entry from Malaysia is also exempt, but note tourist VAT refund is airport-exit only (see next section).
  • Extension: A one-time extension (~30 days) can be filed at a Thai immigration office for a fee, per current rules — don't treat the exemption as long-stay.

2. 游客退税：7% VAT（政策解读）

泰国的游客退税（VAT REFUND FOR TOURISTS）是离境时退 7% 增值税的一部分，不是全额退。关键在开单和机场两步。

  • Where to shop: Only stores showing the blue-white "VAT REFUND FOR TOURISTS" sign issue forms; ordinary 7-11s and night-market stalls do not.
  • Form threshold: ≥2,000 THB (tax-inclusive) at the same store, same day opens a P.P.10 yellow form — no merging across stores or days.
  • Airport threshold: Cumulative ≥5,000 THB is processed at the airport; goods must leave with you within 60 days.
  • Effective rate: Tiered, about 4%–6.1%; exactly 2,000 THB refunds only ~80 THB, so spend more to make it worthwhile.
  • Special rules: Single items ≥10,000 THB (watch/phone/jewelry) must be carried and re-checked after security; ≤20,000 THB has been customs-stamp exempt since 2023.12.

Note: Services — hotels, spa, dining — are not refundable. Cash refund caps at 30,000 THB per form; above that it goes by bank draft or card (with a fee).

3. 经验安排：分区与行程

首都 · 商圈 + 寺庙

曼谷 Bangkok

经典线：大皇宫/玉佛寺（注意遮肩遮膝）→ 暹罗商圈（Siam Paragon、CentralWorld、ICONSIAM 逛吃购一体）→ 考山路夜生活 → 恰图恰周末市集（仅六日）。王权免税店 King Power 市区店买、机场提货。建议 3–4 天。

Bangkok — Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha (cover shoulders/knees) → Siam malls (Siam Paragon, CentralWorld, ICONSIAM) → Khao San nightlife → Chatuchak weekend market (Sat/Sun only). King Power downtown store: buy in town, pick up at airport. Allow 3–4 days.

海岛 · 海滩 + 离岛

普吉 Phuket

巴东海滩热闹、卡伦/卡塔更适合躺平；皇帝岛、皮皮岛一日游浮潜；神仙半岛看日落。离岛游提前一天订。建议 3 天。

Phuket — Patong is lively; Karon/Kata are calmer. Day trips to Racha and Phi Phi for snorkeling; Promthep Cape for sunset. Book island tours a day ahead. Allow 3 days.

古城 · 慢生活 + 夜市

清迈 Chiang Mai

古城内寺庙（契迪龙寺、帕辛寺）步行可达；素贴山双龙寺看全景； night bazaar 与周六/日晚市淘手作。节奏慢，适合 2–3 天。

Chiang Mai — Old-city temples (Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh) are walkable; Doi Suthep for the view; Night Bazaar and Sat/Sun markets for crafts. Slow pace, good for 2–3 days.

市内交通

  • 曼谷：BTS 空铁 + MRT 地铁覆盖主要商圈；湄南河公交船去大皇宫比堵车快；机场到市区有 Airport Rail Link（ARL）；短途用 Grab（比突突车透明）。
  • 普吉：无轨道，落地租摩托车或包车/Grab；山路多，新手慎骑摩托。
  • 清迈：古城小，双条车（红顶车）招手即停按人头收费；也可用 Grab。

最佳季节

凉季最舒服

  • 11 月–次年 2 月（凉季）：气温 25–32℃、少雨，是泰国最舒服也最旺的季节，机票酒店偏贵，早订。
  • 4 月：泼水节（宋干节），全城泼水狂欢，但热（35℃+）。
  • 5–10 月（雨季）：午后雷阵雨为主，普吉西海岸仍可行；物价低、人少，带伞即可。

Cool season is best

  • Nov–Feb (cool): 25–32°C, little rain — the most comfortable and busiest season; flights/hotels cost more, book early.
  • April: Songkran water festival — city-wide water fights, but hot (35°C+).
  • May–Oct (rainy): Afternoon showers; Phuket's west coast still works; lower prices, fewer crowds, just bring an umbrella.

5. 避坑

  • 突突车/双条车宰客：先谈价或坚持打表；机场到市区优先 ARL 或 Grab，别坐黑车。
  • 大皇宫着装：必须遮肩、过膝，现场租纱也能进但排队；短裤背心会被拦。
  • 退税单别丢、别拆商品：P.P.10 和发票、商品一起放随身；海关可能查实物。
  • 珠宝/按摩推销：大皇宫附近"今天闭馆"是套路，按官方开放时间走；低价按摩先看价目表。
