1. 免签与 SGAC（政策解读）

普通中国护照赴新加坡 免签 30 天，但必须在入境前 3 天内免费填写 SG Arrival Card（SGAC） 申报（线上提交，留存二维码）。

  • 申报内容：个人信息、行程、健康声明；几分钟填完，无需贴签。
  • 入境：机场走自助通道扫护照 + 指纹，出示往返机票与住宿即可，无需纸质入境卡。
  • 停留：免签 30 天内可旅游/探亲/短期商务；超期需提前办延期，别当成长期停留。

2. GST 9% 电子退税（政策解读）

新加坡 GST 9% 已含在标价里（看到的价格就是含税价，"++" 表示 +9% GST +10% 服务费）。离境时用 eTRS 电子系统退。

环节要点
谁可退年龄 ≥16；仅有形商品（无服务/餐饮/住宿）。
开单门槛单店、单日 ≥100 新币（同店同日最多 3 张小票可合并）；结账出示护照让店家录 eTRS。
离境办理樟宜/实里达扫护照自助机；托运行李退税先办，随身行李过关后办。
退款方式支付宝免手续费且实时到账（首选）；信用卡约 10 工作日；现金手续费高，不推荐。
时效购买后 2 个月内 有效；退批准后 12 小时内 须离境。
eTRS 是在结账时由店家录入护照的，事后无法补录。所以每笔达标消费都要当场出示护照，别等离境才想起来。

  • Validity: Valid within 2 months of purchase; leave within 12 hours of refund approval.

Note: eTRS is recorded by the store at checkout against your passport — not back-fillable. Show your passport for every qualifying purchase; don't wait until departure.

乌节路 Orchard

ION Orchard、义安城（Tangs）、百丽宫（Paragon）、威士马（Wisma）——一站式高端百货与品牌，退税主力区。建议留 1 整天。

Orchard Road — ION Orchard, Tangs, Paragon, Wisma: one-stop high-end malls and brands, the main refund zone. Allow a full day.

地标 · 花园城市

滨海湾 Marina Bay

金沙 SkyPark、滨海湾花园（Gardens by the Bay）双穹顶、艺术科学博物馆；金沙商场也可退税。傍晚看灯光秀。建议 半天–1 天。

Marina Bay — Marina Bay Sands Skypark, Gardens by the Bay domes, ArtScience Museum; the Sands mall also refunds. Catch the evening light show. Allow half–1 day.

亲子 · 海滩 + 主题

圣淘沙 Sentosa

环球影城、S.E.A. 海洋馆、三大海滩；缆车上下岛。带娃首选，建议 1 天。

Sentosa — Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium, three beaches; cable car on/off. Top pick with kids. Allow 1 day.

老城 · 美食 + 文化

牛车水 / 小印度 / 克拉码头

牛车水（唐人街、佛牙寺）、小印度（彩巷、香料）、克拉码头夜生活与河景餐饮。逛吃为主，购物为辅。

Chinatown / Little India / Clarke Quay — Chinatown (Buddha Tooth Relic Temple), Little India (colourful lanes, spices), Clarke Quay nightlife and riverside dining. Eating and culture over shopping.

推荐组合

  • 经典 3–4 天：乌节路购物 1 天 + 滨海湾 1 天 + 圣淘沙 1 天 + 老城半日。
  • 纯购物 2–3 天：乌节路 + 滨海湾金沙 + 樟宜 Jewel（机场瀑布商场，返程前扫货）。

交通

  • MRT：四通八达，买 EZ-Link / SimplyGo 卡或手机 NFC 直接刷，最省心；机场靠市区用地铁（CG/ DT 线）或出租车/Grab。
  • 打车：用 Grab 或 Comfort（拨电召），路边拦的德士起步价差不多但高峰期难叫；不要用无牌私车。
  • 步行：乌节路—滨海湾有遮荫连廊，热天也能走；圣淘沙靠缆车/轻轨。

最佳季节

全年炎热，无明显淡季

  • 热带气候：全年 25–32℃、湿度高，午后常有短时雷阵雨，带伞即可，不影响行程。
  • 大促季：6–8 月 Great Singapore Sale 折扣多；年末圣诞/新年也有活动。
  • 避开：9 月烟霾概率略高；其余月份都适合出行，机票酒店全年偏稳。

Transport

  • MRT: Extensive; get an EZ-Link/SimplyGo card or tap with phone NFC — easiest. From the airport, MRT (CG/DT lines) or taxi/Grab to town.
  • Taxis: Use Grab or Comfort (call); road-hailed cabs cost similar but are hard to get at peak — avoid unlicensed private cars.
  • Walking: Covered walkways link Orchard to Marina Bay even in heat; Sentosa via cable car/LRT.

Best season

Hot all year, no real off-season

  • Tropical: 25–32°C year-round, humid, brief afternoon showers — bring an umbrella, trips unaffected.
  • Sale season: Jun–Aug Great Singapore Sale has deep discounts; Christmas/New Year also has events.
  • Avoid: Haze risk slightly higher in Sep; every other month works, fares stable year-round.

5. 避坑

  • SGAC 忘了填：入境前 3 天内必须提交，否则通道走不了，机场现场填也行但排队。
  • eTRS 没当场录：结账不出示护照就录不上，离境退不了，损失 9%。
  • 现金退税不划算：选支付宝实时或退信用卡；现金手续费高、汇率差。
  • "++" 看清楚：账单上的 "++" = +9% GST +10% 服务费，餐厅尤其注意。
  • 饮水与防晒：自来水可饮但多数人买瓶装；户外防晒+补水，中午少暴晒。
  • 禁烟严格：公共场合（含多数户外）禁烟，乱扔烟头罚款高。

  • Water & sun: Tap water is drinkable but most buy bottled; sunscreen + hydration outdoors, avoid midday sun.
  • Strict no-smoking: Public places (incl. most outdoors) are non-smoking; littering butts draws heavy fines.
