土耳其标准 VAT 20%。游客在贴有退税标识的商店购物并开退税单（Global Blue / Tax Free 等运营）。

环节要点
开单门槛以具体商店与运营商规则为准（常见单店消费达一定金额开单）；多店不合并，出门前在收银台主动问"Tax Free?"。
谁可退离境旅客的有形商品；酒店、餐饮、服务不在退税范围。

安塔利亚 Antalya
