1. 济州免签与签证（政策解读）

济州岛对中国普通护照 30 天免签，但必须直飞济州、不得经首尔/釜山等本土城市中转。韩国本土（首尔、釜山等）对非团队自由行通常仍需签证或 K-ETA。

  • 济州直飞：从国内直飞济州即享免签；若航班经首尔/釜山中转则不适用济州免签，需按本土签证政策。
  • 本土团签试点：韩国曾推出面向团队的本土免签试点（至 2026.6），自由行个人仍需办签证/K-ETA；行前务必查最新签证要求。
  • 入境：填 Q-CODE 健康申报（二维码），机场扫护照通关；带往返机票与住宿。

  • Entry: File the Q-CODE health declaration (QR code); scan passport at the airport. Carry return ticket and lodging.

2. VAT 10% 退税（政策解读）

韩国标准 VAT 10%。对游客最友好的一点是：多数城市商店直接给"店内即时折扣"，等于当场退税，不用去机场排。

环节要点
退税门槛单笔消费 ≥15,000 韩元，VAT 10% 即可退。
最省方式参加即时折扣的店结账直接减，当场拿低价，最方便（实退约 5%–7%）。
仍要机场退的情况单店消费 超过 75,000 韩元 仍需海关盖章后在机场退（或自助机）。
退税单未参与即时折扣的店给退税单，离境在机场自助机/柜台退现金或卡。
免税店（新世界/乐天/新罗）和外币标价商品是另一套：免税店商品本身免韩国税，线上预订、机场提货；和"VAT 退税"是两回事，别混。

Korea's standard VAT 10%. The traveller-friendly part: most city stores give an in-store instant discount — effectively an on-the-spot refund, no airport queue.

  • Threshold: A single purchase ≥15,000 KRW qualifies for the 10% VAT refund.
  • Easiest: Stores offering instant discount deduct at checkout — lowest price immediately (effective ≈5%–7%).
  • Airport still needed: A single store over 75,000 KRW still needs a customs stamp, then refund at the airport (or kiosk).
  • Refund slips: Stores without instant discount issue a slip; refund cash or card at the airport kiosk/counter on departure.

Note: Duty-free shops (Shinsegae/Lotte/Shilla) and foreign-currency-priced goods are a separate scheme — duty-free items are already tax-free in Korea, ordered online and picked up at the airport. Don't confuse this with "VAT refund".

首都 · 购物 + 潮流

首尔 Seoul

明洞（美妆/药妆/换钱）、东大门（批发+夜市，半夜也开）、弘大（年轻潮流）、江南（百货/COEX）。免税店新世界/乐天/新罗市区店买、机场提货。建议 3–4 天。

Seoul — Myeongdong (beauty/drugstore/money change), Dongdaemun (wholesale + night market, open past midnight), Hongdae (young street fashion), Gangnam (department stores/COEX). Shinsegae/Lotte/Shilla downtown duty-free stores, airport pickup. Allow 3–4 days.

海岛 · 免签直飞

济州 Jeju

汉拿山、城山日出峰、涉地可支、东门传统市场；免签直飞、节奏慢、适合亲子。免税店也有。建议 2–3 天。

Jeju — Hallasan, Seongsan Ilchulbong, Seopjikoji, Dongmun market; visa-free direct flight, slow pace, family-friendly. Has duty-free too. Allow 2–3 days.

港口 · 海与鲜

釜山 Busan

海云台、广安里、札嘎其海鲜市场、甘川文化村；比首尔松弛，购物不如首尔但海边城市感好。建议 1–2 天（顺首尔一起）。

Busan — Haeundae, Gwangalli, Jagalchi fish market, Gamcheon culture village; more relaxed than Seoul, weaker shopping but great seaside vibe. Allow 1–2 days (with Seoul).

推荐组合

  • 经典：首尔 3–4 天 + 济州 2–3 天（济州免签直飞最省事）。
  • 只玩济州：济州 3–4 天，免签、不办本土签证。
  • 纯首尔：首尔 4 天，明洞+东大门+江南+弘大 + 近郊（如南怡岛）。

  • 机场到首尔：AREX 快线（首尔站）或机场大巴/出租车；明洞一带大巴直达。
  • 市内：首尔地铁极发达，景点基本地铁可达；短途 Uber/Grab（Kakao T 本地更好用）。

最佳季节

春樱秋枫最佳

  • 4 月：樱花季（镇海、汝矣岛），最美也最旺。
  • 10–11 月：秋高气爽、红叶，气温舒服，是公认最佳出行期。
  • 7–8 月：湿热、有梅雨与台风；12–2 月：寒冷有雪，适合滑雪（江原道）。

  • T-money: Stored-value card for subway/bus/convenience stores; buy at the airport or a convenience store; phone NFC card also works.
  • Airport to Seoul: AREX express (Seoul Station) or airport bus/taxi; buses run direct to Myeongdong.
  • In town: Seoul's subway is excellent, most sights are reachable; short hops via Uber/Grab (Kakao T is more local).

  • April: Cherry blossom season (Jinhae, Yeouido) — prettiest and busiest.
  • Oct–Nov: Crisp air, autumn foliage, comfortable — widely regarded as the best time.
  • Jul–Aug: Hot, humid, rainy season + typhoons; Dec–Feb: cold with snow, good for skiing (Gangwon).

5. 避坑

  • 济州≠本土免签：经首尔中转去济州不算济州免签，会被要求签证；务必直飞。
  • K-ETA/签证：去首尔/釜山自由行先确认是否需要 K-ETA 或签证，免得机场被拒。
  • 即时折扣 vs 退税单：能直接减价就直接减，比拿退税单跑机场省事；大额（>75,000 韩元）才需盖章。
  • 换钱：明洞换钱所汇率通常优于机场；大面额先换好再逛。
  • 免税店提货：市区免税店订的货在离境机场提，预留提货排队时间，别卡点。
